Overview

Funk Futures is the leader in recruitment and lead generation services in Energy Tech.  We are looking to add a Mid to Senior level recruiter to our team.  We provide training and implement frameworks and goals that drive success.  The right person will have the support of management, but needs to work independently and have an entrepreneurial mindset to excel in this role.   We offer a flexible work from home schedule, competitive commission and salary, as well as opportunities for career development.  You will have the opportunity to lead this new and growing department within Funk Futures.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the full interview lifecycle including sourcing, selection, screening, and closing. 

  • Source candidates by using a variety of search methods to build robust candidate pipelines for each role type.  

  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and then confirming candidate fit through phone screenings.  

  • Take ownership of candidate experience by being with them throughout the full interview lifecycle.

  • Perform reference checks as needed.

  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.

  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.

  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or similar experience.  

  • 5 years of energy technology recruiting experience preferred.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Comfortable making decisions independently.

  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and LinkedIn.

  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.

  • Ability to manage a variety of tasks independently.
